A quick check
Because of the depth of the pile and intricacy of the pattern on some rugs, we will need to check for colour fastedness and perform some tests before cleaning. This means the process may take a bit longer, but it shouldn’t take too long and can be carried out in your home.
The Cleaning Process
Once we know all is ok, it’s time to clean your rugs. We use the same process as we do for carpets, using our truck-mounted machine to inject hot softened water into your rug’s pile, then using extremely high-suction to take out the dirt and moisture. This process leaves your rugs clean and smelling fresh, and they should be dry within a couple of hours too.
