What to do when your children and pets have trashed your furniture?
I’m sure that there are many Mums and Dads out there (with young children) who are exasperated buy ‘the state’ of carpets and upholstery?
When they’re tiny we do all we can to protect them from harm; sterilising everything and trying to keep our homes spotless so that they don’t come into contact with things which may hurt them, only to have them go in the garden and eat soil!
You ‘live’ in your home and ‘things happen’, spills, accidents, nappies etc, etc.
The best thing you can do it to try and keep on top of it as best you can, be that self help or calling in the professionals. You are far better to do ‘something’ rather than nothing but don’t be tempted to use harsh chemicals or solutions - plain water should suffice?
