First Impressions
Carpets in commercial spaces can lose their colour and shine. Day after day of heavy use can quickly see even hard wearing carpets looking dirty and tired. Even if you have regular office cleaning staff vacuuming the floor, dirt gets into the fibres and stays there.
Of course, you might not think this is much of a problem, or you might be too busy doing other things to notice. But think about the impression this could be making on customers, clients and even your own staff.
If the thing they see when they come into your building is tired and dirty floors, is this creating the impression that you want? Probably not.
If staff see that the office looks down on its luck, it has an impact at a subconscious level. If their work environment doesn’t have to be clean and neat, then what kind of example is this setting?
